Pay with a Credit Card or HSA/Health Savings Card
You buy each Zip the same way you buy most things in life—with a credit card. It allows us to provide affordable health care to anyone that can pay. If you already have insurance, you probably have a co-pay that’s about $25. Think of your co-pay as a ticket to sit in a waiting room. Skip the trip, Zip.
Paying with a credit card means you don’t have to worry about deductibles or whether the clinic is in-network or out-of-network...you simply focus on getting better faster.
What you are buying
You are buying an answer from a clinician about your health symptom. A clinician will review your symptoms and treat you in the most appropriate way. In general, your answer will fall into one of three buckets:
- Treat with over-the-counter remedies.
- Treat with a prescription and healthy choices.
- Be seen in a clinic for further evaluation or testing.
When you pay
You put in your credit card information at the beginning of the Zip. The software has special logic to stop the interview if it's clear you have a more serious health problem. If the software does stop you before the interview is done, you don't pay for the Zip.
You only pay when the clinician responds with your answer. Zipnosis does not cover prescription costs; you must still pay for that separately.
