Refer into a Clinic
Sometimes the software can tell you are really more sick than you thought. If it detects what may be a more serious problem, the interview will stop. You are not charged for the Zip and you should be seen in a clinic.
Step 1: The Interview
At the heart of each Zip is an intelligent software interview that asks all the right questions at the right time. The number of questions you get will depend on many things, but in general, each Zip takes about 5 minutes to complete.
Start the interview whenever you want - you don’t need to schedule an appointment.
Step 2: Clinician Reviews
Once you’re done with the interview, a clinician will review your symptoms and develop a treatment plan unique to you. Our software makes it easy for clinicians to do what they do best: practice medicine not data entry and paperwork.
All information sent through Zipnosis uses the latest security measures and encryption so you can feel confident knowing your health information is safe and private.

Our goal is to have a response back within an hour. If we’re really busy, it might be a bit longer. Think about how much time you waste going to the doctor today. Time off work or play, time and gas driving there, then you park (pay to park?), then sit in a waiting room.
With Zipnosis, while you wait for your response you can do an hour’s worth of work, play or anything else you choose to do.
Step 3: Get Better
In your response, you’ll find information about your diagnosis, treatment options and what you should do if you’re not feeling better after following those instructions.
Notification
You can find out if your Zip is ready by e-mail or text message. Make sure you don’t lose the e-mail in the Junk/Spam filter.
Find your Pharmacy
Enter an address near you and we’ll pull up the 10 closest pharmacies. Simply click on one of the pins or hit select and your Rx is automatically sent to that pharmacy.
If you are using your smart phone, try the GPS feature to geo-locate the closet pharmacies.
Step 4: Pick up your Rx
No need to write down where you sent your prescription. We’ll send you the information right after you’ve selected the pharmacy.
You get the address and phone number, so it’s easy to find directions or call to see when your prescription will be ready.
You still pay for your prescription as you normally would, it’s not included in the price of the Zip.
