General Help

This support section only covers issues related to your Zipnosis account and use of Zipnosis software tools. If you have medical questions or issues, please contact your provider. Their contact information is available in your Zipnosis response.

If you have questions about your payment, please contact us at support@zipnosis.com and we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis to resolve any problems.

Password/Username

Forgot your Username:

  1. Got to https://zipnosis.com/login
  2. Click on the "Forgot Username" link
  3. You you will be prompted to enter the e-mail address associated with your account, your date of birth and Zip code.
  4. Click "Retrieve"
  5. An e-mail will be sent to your e-mail with your username.

Forgot your Password:

  1. Got to https://zipnosis.com/login
  2. Click on the "Forgot Password" link
  3. You you will be prompted to enter the e-mail address associated with your account, your date of birth and Zip code.
  4. Click "Reset"
  5. An e-mail will be sent to your e-mail with a temporary password.
  6. After logging in, you should update your password using Account Settings.

Updating your Password or Username:

  1. Got to https://zipnosis.com/login
  2. Login with your current username/password
  3. Open Account Settings on the start page
  4. Click "Edit" next to Login Information
  5. Type in your new username or password and hit "Update"
  6. Your changes will take effect immediately. The next time you login, you will need to use the new username and password.

Password Change Notification:

If your password is changed, you will receive an e-mail from us informing you of that change. If you did not authorize a password change, please contact us immediately at: privacy@zipnosis.com

Prescriptions

Your pharmacy is not listed:

We try to maintain a comprehensive list of pharmacies, but sometimes we either miss one or the pharmacy does not want to provide us necessary information to make it available to you. If your pharmacy is not listed, please select the next best option and send us an e-mail at: support@zipnosis.com telling us which pharmacy you'd like added.

The pharmacy did not get your prescription or you need to change your pharmacy:

If you arrive at the pharmacy and they do not have a record of the prescription or you need to change the location, please contact your provider. Their contact information is listed in your Zipnosis response. They will coordinate with the pharmacy to make sure you get your prescription to the right location.

Does Zipnosis cover drug costs?

No. Drug costs are not covered through Zipnosis. Most of the drugs you can get through Zipnosis are lower-cost and clinicians are recommended to substitute generics when appropriate.

Can Zipnosis send prescriptions to a different state?

No. You can only get a prescription in your state of residence.

Where do I find information about the pharmacy I chose?

We recommend enabling SMS notification so you always have a text message with the necessary pharmacy contact information with you. You can also log in to your account and look at your response. At the bottom of the screen will be the name, address and phone number for the pharmacy you selected.

Supported Web Browsers:

Zipnosis is designed to run on IE7, Firefox 2.0+, Safari 4.0+ and Google Chrome 5.0+. If you are using IE6 you may not be able to use Zipnosis because IE6 lacks critical security and technical features that we require to ensure a positive, safe digital visit.

Supported Mobile Platforms:

iPhone 3G/S and Android phones run the Zipnosis web application. Zipnosis is not downloaded via iTunes. Instead, it works like a native iPhone application but is in fact a web application designed to work on multiple platforms. See this video for more information on our mobile application.
